The "damage" seems to bisect the second U on Unum without seaming to distort it. Just wondering if I am missing something. Report this Post to the Staff

As @stoneman points out, this region is quite worn so it is a bit hard to know for sure. Because note how the metal tries to meet on the center of the rim area. That is what tells me it is legit. Because if it were damage, that seems like the first two areas to go if someone was altering the coin. I really like the last image. If you could take another one like that showing the obverse rim in that area, that might help more also. The coin is under weight correct? Report this Post to the Staff
