This one's a bit tricky on circulated coins, but even a later die stage is pretty easy to see on an uncirculated coin like yours. The doubling can be seen nicely on the R of TRUST, and there is a distinct step-down to the right on the top of the U.

The arrows where you are pointing is showing Machine Doubling that raised those areas. (reducing the normal size of the devices. Just an ordinary coin with MD. Note on the above image on the centers of the devices, you can see the spread. That is what a doubled die should look like.

Look on the center of the devices, not on the outside/inside edges. Look for the spread on the centers of the devices.
