What you have here is severe Die Deterioration caused by striking a ton of planchets at the U.S. Mint, which wore the die down. You also have this as well. It's called Peripheral Die Expanson and Erosion. http://www.error-ref.com/peripheral...and-erosion/

Nah. I don't think it would bring a premium, but it's very cool though. I would still keep it in a 2x2.

Looks like a normal coin with some Die Deterioration and PMD (post minting damage).
