Could you take a close up pic of the word TRUST? Also a pic of the whole obverse would help.

But to me it looks like MD on the right side of all the devices. Nothing is enlarged, just reduced.

Like the example on the left, that is what a doubled die would look like. The one on the right is a normal coin.
