I'm new to coin collecting and couldn't found any info about this coins.
This 1985d looks like a double die between the date and Washington's neck.

@Jdmonedas82, first welcome to CCF. Second, you first coin looks like it has a scratch which follows the arc of Washington's bust before digging into his ponytail. For the '91, when I rotate, enlarge, and enhance your pic, I can only see a small scratch coming off of the mintmark. What are you seeing with the coin in hand that isn't coming through in your pics?

Both are circulation damage, the first coin looks like a vending machine or Coin Wrapping Machine caused the damage there, the mintmark on the second coin looks as if it took a hit. Please if you would, orientate your pics properly and take close up pics of the areas of concern.
