I sent this coin off for a second opinion and they came back and told me to send it off to wexler. Which I am in the process of doing. Would like to get some feedback from the community.

Just common Machine Doubling. Not a doubled die. Note the areas you are looking at are just reduced normal sized devices. If you don't believe me, send John Wexler this image and he will tell you the same thing.

I never consider MD as a good example. To me it is a damaged coin, even on a variety. The coin graders turn a blind eye to them, but I have a choice on what I will and will not buy. MD is on the top of the list as to what not to buy. Followed by finger prints, carbon spots (on copper coins) split plating, zinc rot cleaned coins, altered coins etc..
