@scoaste, first welcome to CCF. Second, while those marks on the rev have a passing resemblance to lathe lines, these on your coin look more like damage rather than a mint error to me.

Looks like someone was practicing on a jewelers lathe and the tooling caught on it and ripped it out of the chuck.

If they were lathe lines they would be circular on the coin. Off centered. Someone altered this coin.

Thanks everyone for your responses! I might post some suspected double mint marks for feedback once I can get something that magnifies them in better resolution.
