There's some color to this too, but I have to take it out of the holder to show it. I don't have areplacement holder at the moment so those photos are down the line a bit. Until then here are the photos in the holder.

Very nice example, but I probably would not hire you as my wedding photographer.

Sure you probably know but just in case the last feather of the head dress points between the C & A of AMERICA making it a type 2. And it's a little more valuable then the type 1.

You're right. It is a type II. T he coin shop was off. But, since I had neither for a proof I will take it all the same.
Rest in Peace

I'm one more to visit the open bar at the wedding with the give-a-way cameras they give out for such occasions......I was just trying to move the angle slow without the shadow creeping in....I got a new holder I will attempt to get the color in a bit....full bands of color!

With a collection like yours, you should invest the time and money to build a good photo setup.

Not enough sharp detail picture information here
to conclude if sharp strike or proof.

Perhaps easier to make this conclusion, if
1. take out of the 2x2 to photograph it,
2. try stronger light from a different angle.

As we look at these pictures, we are at a disadvantage compared to a TPGrader, who would hand held examine, with a 10X loupe.
Perhaps that would be a better approach: get is slabbed, which would also help protect the luster.

Those old holders hide a lot of the color....just a thin layer of plastic and unrecognizable.
