Nice G-06. I wonder if an acetone soak would lift that darker area on the obverse.

If the darker area is some residue acetone should dissolve it.

Are those scratches on the obverse on the holder or the coin?

scratches on the holder....but at the G 06 level....who cares....worth about $100 like so......there's only upgrade potential going forward.
