Flat spot on hair above Lizzie's ear, unlike the lack of flat spots anywhere on the reverse.
If there is luster on the above mentioned flat spot, then grade has to be some sort of MS. It follows that the flat area must be due to a weak strike.
If there is no luster in this area, it follows that the luster has probably worn off, and thus the grade below MS60.
From the pictures I can't quite make up my mind, but hand held examination with a 10X loupe just as the TPG'ers do, should answer the question.
