Raised mound is a type 1 coin.

Without a date, a type one 13-S is worth a couple of bucks. A dealer might pay 10 cents for a dateless buffalo like that. Others may have a different opinion of value.

I also got a type 2 1913S for 20 cents, I had to nicadate it though
