Could someone tell me if this is a good one or am I mistaken. The L is leaning up the side of the rim.

What you have appears to be caused by a slightly misaligned die strike as well as heavy die wear, causing the outward spread of the devices (letters/numbers). Both are common.

There's also an issue with a worn out master hub for that year as well.

The ODV-023 design had a long run in production. It was bold, with a high relief and towards the later years showed devices creeping up to the rim. The design was in use from 1960 - 1968. Then the short lived ODV-024 was introduced in 1969.

Is the reverse normal or does it show signs of a false or double rim as well? Thanks, Doug.

That year all of them looked that way. The master hub was spreading and in 1969 they created a new master hub. What does that mean?

Amyfuller72, nice images. The reverse seems normal. I always check, cause if it shows on both sides, it could indicate other things. I'll leave at that for now. Thanks, Doug.
