Now that's a deceiving one. Although it looks similar, it is not DDO-002 (I think you meant DDO-002 and not 001, 001 does not look even close to your coin), it is Die Deterioration Doubling.

Your coin does not have any notching on the letters, the doubling is flat and not raised or rounded. The doubling on your coin is off in some places. Your coin lacks doubling on the nose. DDO-002 does not have any doubling on the E in WE. The direction and strength of some of the doubling does not match.

I found a 1941 DDO-002 a few weeks ago, I might be able to post pics of mine later today if needed.

That's what I thought. I was convinced there was separation in the lettering. I am wondering what the "abnormality" on the nose is a result of. Interesting stuff.
