Good day to all.

Do the T and E look to have some doubling in this coin. Not sure but seems that they have indentations in the E and T? just trying to learn what I and seeing. thanks Rich

Yep. That's called Die Deterioration. It is caused by the die starting to slowly break and wear down, from striking many planchets at the U.S. Mint. There's no premium for this.
