Appears to be a fouree that references a denarius issued by Numerius Fabius Pictor, 126 BC.

I think Bob is pointing out that from your photos, it appears in many areas that this is a silver plate. Now this could be encrustation depositing on top of silver but it appears to be below the silver in your photographs. Which would mean a non silver core. We don't have the coin, you do, so we can only go on what is visible from the photos.

I agree that it's a fouree, you can see the copper core under the silver.
