I have a 1981 $5 bill an elderly relative is asking me to sell. What would be a fair asking price for this? It has a fair amount of wrinkles. Thank you.

Welcome to CCF.

My reference guide shows this error to be valued up to $100 in XF condition. So maybe $50 - $100 .

Many thanks! I have a few other bills from my relative in very poor condition. Trying to reduce them to fit the standards here. We live in a small town with one coin shop. My Aunt appreciates the help and she knows about condition and value. Now.....how to sell them?
