Looks like a normal coin. Just one cut mark makes it a spender. Grading companies have very high standards about coins. They view it:
Is it mint state?
What grade would be be?
Any coin contact marks and spots on the coin would drop the grade.
Machine Doubling doesn't count to them.
Grades from 0-70,
If the coin has been cleaned, it might get a genuine grade.
Scratches can drop a coin to a genuine grade. (No numbers for these)
So your coin is a spender unless you are saving copper coins.

To CCF! That's just damage to your coin. It's Post Strike Damage ( PSD) and is only worth face value.

@BM3, first welcome to CCF. Second, sorry but I agree with the others that this coin is a spender.

If cuts and scratches made coins worth more we would all be attacking our coins with sharp instruments.
