Grading companies have very high standards about coins. They view it: Is it mint state? What grade would be be? Any coin contact marks and spots on the coin would drop the grade. Machine Doubling doesn't count to them. Grades from 0-70, If the coin has been cleaned, it might get a genuine grade. Scratches can drop a coin to a genuine grade.
