@bate, it is a little hard to tell with the images placed side to side. Consider making a digital overlay to compare the date and mintmark for these Two Cents.

Bate, I'd be willing to say yes. There is some flattening on the cent in the right.

The damage to the devices are altering your thinking. Normal dies struck both coins.

For me the last pic that look like the devices is closer to another that the third pic. The space between the devices is narrower.
