Got this today and am wondering if this is indeed a error? It has several places on front and back, top and bottom, next to the federal reserve stamp and a few more. The camera I'm using makes it hard to tell they look like spots but its the same special ink used for the bell. You can clearly see the change in color and sparkle when you move the bill.Heres a few pics that I've gotten it to where you can tell.

To me it looks like staining from circulation. The "sparkle" might be glitter,it is everywhere these days.

Welcome to CCF.

Appears minor. Is there any way you could post pics of the entire note so I can put it into perspective ?

I'm sorry it took so long to respond but here's a full front and back.its still hard to show in pics but to me 1 spot looks like the bell.its the same colors as the bell, I have to tilt the bill also just like the bell to get the color change which is hard to capture lol. Although the spots just look like something's stained it in some pics, they do shine when tilted.

Thanks for the full size photos.

It almost looks to me as eyeliner. A glittery shade of eyeliner.
