I think you have a coin that can be spent. Coin damage is all over your coin. In a short time it will eventually go away with zinc rot happening to it. Just a matter of time now.

Not an error. The bottom of the "L" has taken a hit pushing it upward.
It is only an error if it happened during the striking of the coin.
There is no way that could happen at that time. Just PMD
