The two on the left are Byzantine, the one on the upper right is late Rome and the remaining three are Cilician Armenian.

The roman one shows Victory crowning the emperor with the legend VIRTVS EXERCITI (Virtue of the Army). I couldnt make out the obverse legend properly, but two emperors issued this type, Arcadius and Honorius. If it is Arcadius, it will read DN ARCADIVS PF AVG - for Honorius, DN HONORIVS PF AVG. I think it reads ...CADI..., which would make it Arcadius.

Thank you all for your replies.

I bought them at a bazaar because of their cool factor. Had no idea what I was buying

What would be the next step to preserve them?

I would put them in 2x2 holders.
This will help preserve them plus you can write
the origin on them.

They look to be in quite good condition, so there is no intervention needed. The sandy patina is quite pleasant and can cover defects. Personally, I would not attempt to remove it.

In terms of care, they can be quite forgiving. After all, they were sat in the dirt for the last thousand years. Just keep them dry and look out for any bright green spots developing - this is bronze disease, and can quickly destroy a coin.

Top-center coin, and possibly lower-center one as well, may be from Cilician Armenia.
