Figuring Out If This Is A 1943 Penny?

New user here, but I've been collecting coins ever since I was 7 years old and found a 1902 Indian Head penny on a table at Burger King. I just was so fascinated by the history of coins that I started collecting and sifting through all the change I had come by. This was especially easier when I started working customer service and cash register jobs and I would always switch out old coins. I was organizing my collection by date and I have this one coin that stumps me. I'm. It sure, but it looks like it COULD be a 1943 D penny, but it also could be wishful thinking. - It is not magnetic - I don't have a precise scale, but it weighs about grams - It also could be a 1945 D penny? Let me know your thoughts! I also am not sure where to even take a penny for numismatic appraisals? Report this Post to the Staff
