and if its worth anything. the b looks to be filled in and lib letters are thicker then the other letters and the 1 seems to be thicker then the other numbers. can this be a DDO.

Not DDO, it's DAMAGE.
Caused by a Coin Wrapping Machine.

Note on the left side of the coin, you can see where coin wrapper damage is showing the PSD and it continues on the other side of the coin on the right by the date. PSD
