Do they have die chips on mint marks also? The second seven has some Machine Doubling on it also.

Yes mm can have die chips, a die chip can happen anywhere on a die,i think,I'm no expert though, let's see what they say.

The center post to form the inside edge of the mint mark has disintegrated and with nothing there to make the inside, it becomes a blob. Eventually the device looks like one D shaped letter without the cent in it. Happens all the time.
