A lost Canadian here...

These are series I collect in mint state condition. I love the incuse design and the fields being the highest point on the coin - the dies must have looked like coins. Not a hugely popular series - but I love them.

The point of my post: in the Krause catalogue, the comment "varieties exist" accompanies occurs in the listing (see attached images).

Does anyone know of, or can recommend a website or book that explicitly explains these varieties? I don't mind the text being in Swedish, if there are good photos...

Numista lists a 1959 variety for the 1 Ore, and has more information on the 1964 2 Ore.

Funny-I like the design of this series too. For an unpopular series that makes 3 of us.

I guess that we should call the design "Swedish Modern".
