I will buck the group and go MS-62 assuming the toning creates a false impression of rub.

AU-50 is my grade as the toning hides some rub. I'm not a fan of this toning as it has that mottled look to it. Also looks like there might be a pinscratch in the right field and reed mark in upper left field so it might be hiding some other mark's as well.

Interesting comparison Sumausa. I see more wear (hair/hands) on the obverse of MikeF's coin but significantly more wear on the heritage example's reverse (eagle's left wing/talons).I am guessing the "mottled" look is more pronounced in the photos than in hand. I personally like the toning at would grade this at AU-53
