Just a normal date. There maybe some small gas bubbles under the plating. Remember if you think 03 is doubled, why is the rest of the devices affected. More of a plating issue, then a hub issue on your coin.

Take a look at John Welxer's DDO devices to see what to look for on these DDO's. The 2001-2003 cents have larger devices than other years.
