In the third pic it looks like a die gouge as it runs through the bottom of the L and out of the other side.

From my perspective, it doesn't look to be the right shape for a Die gouge. Maybe I'm wrong, but that's what it looks like to me.

Looks more like a mini die chip that fell away from the die? Pretty small.
