Interested to hear what you guys things. This was a gift that I got on my wedding day and I believe it was purchased at gold value 20 years ago.

Cleaned. Aura present at the edges of all of the devices.

I don't buy/sell/trade gold, cannot give an opinion of authenticity.

Questionable authenticity. Rims and lettering do not look correct.

I don't want to say it either, but I'm questioning the authenticity as well. Comparing to a genuine piece at https://www.PCGS.com/coinfacts/coin/1906-20/9049 -- looking in the area of the "U" in E PLURIBUS UNUM on the reverse in particular, it doesn't look right.

The ends of the rays look too solid as well, but that could be the lighting.
