I just picked this one up today at a show in Vancouver,BC, Canada.
I usually only collect Canadian error coins but I like the visible Zinc on this one plus it's so far off center! unfortunately there are no visible details on the tiny portion that was struck. I like the way you can see the stretched metal as the dies and the collar engaged.

Awesome pickup! I can tell you that I haven't found any more Canadian error coins CRH.

So since this almost didn't get into the dies then there must have been die clashes on coins afterwards.
