yay finally came across my first 2008 D today..wooho..anyone else have trouble finding 2008's in general?

I live in Oklahoma, so that is all I get is 2008-D linolns, I have found 1 Philly 2008. But I did find a 2008-D extra column lincoln, it is on coppercoins site.

Yea, I get them fairly often now, but here in Kansas City, I was getting Philly cents for about a month before Denver.  |

No trouble finding pennies or the new State Quarters. I can't find any nickels. |

WOW here in PA about two hours from Philadelphia we never get any (D) mint coins they are a rare find in change or rolls. I have the house here in PA and have spent the last four winters in the Texas Gulf never thinking to get rolls of (D) mints over the winer this winter I will go through rolls when I have free time and also bring back some. The only thing I have got so far down thee are rolls of State Quarters (D) and the President Dollar (D) rolls. But anyway surprised you find (P) mints as stated we never get any here. |

Hi every one  , I am from Michigan and I have found maybe five 2008 LMC's  ,i go through about $75.00 worth of LMC's per month that I get from the bank. Where are the '08 LMC's . John1 |

Like MorganNoob I've found a number of 2008 P cents here in Topeka (just a shout west of KC) but few D's this year. No 2008 nickels or dimes yet at all, but 2008 State Quarters often show up in change, mostly P's for the 2008's, as expected |

I've only get the D cents and the first 2 D quarters. They'll all turn up eventually.

I too have yet to see a 2008 D. This is weird since I roll search pennies quite often.

I know it says pennies on the box but I have never got a Pennie out of one of them. got a lot of cents though

The 2008 D pennies are all down here in Shreveport, I guess. I'm getting roughly one in every two pennies are 2008D right now from cashier change.

i roll-hunt nickels and pennies, and I've gotten 2008-Ps in both, although they're not nearly as common as 07s right now... Since I can only go about 5 more miles east before I fall in the ocean, I don't get a lot of Denver coins in general.

I guess I'm the same as eaglefoot. I get a lot of Ds over here. All the P mints are pretty beat up by the time I see them but do I get a lot of S-mints (3 to 4 per roll) being close to san-fran.  helps. Also I get a ton of Canadian. I just live 18 miles across the water from Victoria.BC and we have a ferry that run back and forth all day. Edited by coindexter
