The first odd looking 9 that I posted looked as if it could be PSD but this one is very similar shape and appears to have been made this way. Any thoughts?

It looks like both to me. Looks like a well placed hit damaged the coin, but I see roundness present that coin damage wouldn't create. Not a big thing. I feel no premium for this.

I feel the same about this one as coop.It looks like there is/was a die chip at the very tip of the point where it took a hit. I would say both, damage and die chip as well. As coop mentioned it does not carry an extra premium.

ccobb,
it seems like you are a Franklin fan, do you have any " Bugs Bunny" variety?that's an interesting one to have!

Chase007 to answer your questions...I'm a fan of all money in general, coin and paper! LOL Yesterday I was tired of looking at pennies so I started on some Franklins and believe I found a "bugs bunny" going to post it now!
