Any ideas about this raised area in front of the neck? Seems to follow the neckline and chin too perfectly to be PSD!

That's called a Die Chip. A small piece of the die chipped off of the neck.

That's a very interesting die chip . To bad it wasn't coming out of his nose , would have been a nice rarity .

Looking at an overlay, I wonder if a die clash is causing these die chips on that areas on coinage?
