looking at it looks PMD on date but between looks like a filled p not sure.

Looks like a possible broken MM punch or die issue on the filled upper loop of the S...the rest is PMD.

Not a Struck Through Grease issue, but rather a damaged mintmark punch or a broken die post/die chip.

Have you tried the youtube videos in my signature line. (Numbers 1-5) They are about 20 minutes each, two hours total. Also I have a link to a thread where I post some of the comments/threads on this forum:
CoopHome will get you there. Type in that in search or click onto this link and it will take you there. A lot of imformation with hundreds of images on different subjects. Just waiting for you.
