1901-O with repunched 1, and something is also going on inside the 9. Possibly the 0 is also RPD. I don't see it on PCGS or Dexler's, NGC says "Several repunched date varieties are known for 1901-O dimes, all of them rather minor" but gives no details. Can anybody find it in Flynn's book or Cherrypickers?

Edit: The pointer is not pointing at anything in particular. I can't remove it from the lens so I just try to rotate it out of the way.

Thanks, always fun to find a bonus feature. Still wondering if anyone can find this in Cherrypickers or Flynn's dime variety book. Lawrence (1991) shows two. #101 seems identical for the 0/0 but shows no 1/1. #102 9/9 also does not show the 1/1. Bowers' Red Book (2015) doesn't say anything. Online resources seem pretty thin for these.

Cool. Thank you for looking that up for me, TreasHunt. I'm too cheap to spend $30-40 on yet another book over it.
So, that makes two previously undocumented (to my knowledge) aspects of this coin. Besides the RPD, can anybody guess the second one? Hint - it's the first image, and it's fairly esoteric.
