It's in the mint cellophane, I moved it around so you could see any marks were on the bag. Incredible looking type B reverse coin. The only mark I found on the whole coin is a tiny scratch by the L of LIBERTY. What do y'all think? The highest PCGS graded one of these is 66+ I think this one will rival that one!

If all those swirl lines on obverse and reverse are from the cellophane then I'm sure you have a good candidate for a TPG slab . MS-66+ hands down . Feel free to send it in .

Hard to tell through the OGP but looks like a really nice Type B rev. I'd say no problem 65.

You can slab it (make sure you use Variety Plus or equivalent) if you wish, it's not going to substantially increase the value though unless you can get it to a 66 or better.

The cello does make it difficult to say, but it looks quite nice. It may be a submission candidate.

I see two 67+ examples in the population, as well as many 67s. This is a screenshot from the PCGS Coinfacts app:

Thanks a lot guys. I hate to take it out of the wrapper and mess it up. @ spurlett tanks for the app info. It looks like you might be looking at 63 regular strike. Mine is the fs-901. I have it but still trying to figure out all of the features!

Actually guys I saw that response that said proof and it is a proof it just doesn't look like it with the dingy cellophane.

If it's a proof then that's the normal reverse. Value would be relatively small and not worth slabbing, as Proof 1963's can be had all day long for under 30 bucks in PR67.
However, if it has cameo effect (CAM/DCAM) it becomes significantly scarcer and then slabbing is thoroughly justified.

I don't see any signs of cameo from the photos.
