Found this quater very close to uncirculated but need opinion if it's double die! It's probably not but wishful thinking.

Agreed,need better pics. Also, it would be called a doubled die,not double die.

Everything look normal on your coin. If this coin was struck from a doubled die, then the devices would be enlarged. They are normal sized.
