Looks like it is a reprocessed coin. Just a Wheat cent now that the surfaces have been plated. How do I know it is plated. It is too shiny:

More of an issue of a terrible replating job.

extra shine probably caused by package I put it in sorry for that. but coin has natural satin finish with no light.

Try to get the light more over center. It seems to sheen at the angle you are lighting the images: More like this:

Try in a window sill the has reduced lighting. (Not direct sunlight) Too much will make the coin glare.

Still a sheen on the obverse image. Causing the sheen is un-diffused light. If you could make a screen with a wire coat hanger and place the plastic from a plastic grocery bag, you might be able to cut the excess glare. You take a hanger and bend the cross bar into a square box shape: Then tape with clear tape to make a diffusing curtain. That should help remove the glare. If it doesn't try using tissue paper or computer paper to cut the excess light.

Can you share an image of the edge of the coin? Since the coins were plated before getting punched out of the sheets, there may be light rust colored lines on the edge of the coin. Reprocessed coins will not have these rusty striations.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups. We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.
