Looks like the coin was rusted and now staring to rust again. But something was added to the coin to cover up the rust. The areas of different color on the obv and rev maybe the rust trying to come through?

looking at it by 15x looks like wear so yeah got me swinging lol hence I ask the experts ^^ and it seems on all bases the reprocessed coins are like a super shiny water glare finish this one seems matted but yet shinny in light

Thanks for the follow up image. I forget to look at the third side of my coins all the time.

I definitely agree with Coop. The original rusting would be in a straight line on the edge. Usually thin straight lines caused by the edges of the press scraping the blank as it was punched out.

The rust on the edge is leaching/leaking through the reprocessed coating and looking kind of undefined and like a blob. If it was original the rust would have been linear and fairly thin.

or maybe ? because using the usb microscope for pic came out spotty? not to sure how a say 60+ steel piece supposed to look I notice while shine from lite and phone cam I see rings going vert with ratio of side but yeah lol.
