Awesome find and congratulations! It appears to be in MS BU condition!

Nice find! I don't think it is worth getting graded, though.

Very nice find indeed. What is the purpose of the upside down photos?

If your already sending coins in I'd say sure, not a dedicated package though.

Some have them graded, but I wouldn't on this one as it is not the 1999 one.

Depends on why you would wish to slab it of course, but financially the break point on these is that it pretty much has to go MS-66 to come out ahead. Values dropped a lot on these over the past five years and currently run about $25 for PCGS slabbed MS-65 and $100 for PCGS slabbed MS-66. Gotta get a 66 on the slab or you'd be losing money to do it.

Could you post a photo enlargement of the A M E area. I just see a 1998 Philly CAM.

I believe I read where Coop wrote, " it's not so much how far the "A" is from The "M", as it is the distance difference between the "A" and "M" compared to the "M" and the "E". Clearly the "A" and "M" are very close, compared to the "M" and the "E" Maybe I'm just not understanding the difference between a CAM, and a WAM. But I see a 1998 Philly CAM. Dan
