Any idea what the coins look like? How does international buyers get hold of these special releases?

If you are really interested I would give Bigfella a shout! There are a couple of really great dealers in Australia shipping to the U.S. ALL the time and Bigfella is one of them! I am sure he would be glad to help a Knightess of the Coin Table without any hesitation!

I have not heard anything official about these releases but on the grapevine there will possibly be a silver $1 and proof set with "show" packaging....but do not quote me on this I could be wrong.

Past show releases were only available at shows. Excess were distroyed after the shows. I am not expecting dealers to get any after the show ends.

Still very much a hush hush affair, no official annoucements and definitely no photos...  We have the ANDA fair scheduled for the 11th and 12th Feb...from what I can gather, two coins will be released by the RAM for that fair, one is a coin/folder (?) and the other is silver proof coin with a mintage of 1500. If this information is correct, the silver proof one will be sought after. Hey B_F are you getting any  Mark me down for one of the silver proof ones if you are.  |

Ok just got my email.
Price for the $1 proof is $38 and the unc set is $25.
Only available at the show and if it does well in Canberra it will then move onto the other shows.
If anyone is going and pick up a few spares I would love one of each, if possible send me an email and I will arrange payment.
