Coin was in the ground a long time. Emperor faces left and appears to hold a globe. Reverse has the emperor or soldier leading a captive. Who would this emperor be?

It would be in the Constantinian dynasty - my guess would be Constantius II, but it could also be Crispus or Constantine (doesn't look like it though). I don't believe Constantine II had any obverses holding globe facing left.

The obverse appears to read -NS PF AVG which can only be Constans. An early FEL TEMP REPARATIO issue.
