This article combines two of my favorite things: wine and coins.

Although I'm not sure what I'd do with a bottle that size. I don't even know enough people to have a party big enough to kill 15 liters!

Salut, Prost, Slainte, Chin Chin, & Cheers!
Rest in Peace

I do collect coins and corks. Actually, I've added more corks than coins in the past 6 months...

For that price, I'm glad the wine weighs more than the bottle.

Mercury Head costs a lot less: http://www.orinswift.com/2014MercuryHead

I also threw out a few others here http://goccf.com/t/335848&SearchTerms=coins,wine

I once briefly considered venturing into a collecting theme of coins minted in wine centers of renown (Bordeaux, Dijon, Avignon, Cahors, Siena, Asti, Trier, etc.) but the angel on my right shoulder won the argument.

Back when I was a lot younger I went to parties where that bottle would have been drunk in a very short time.

OK, here is a wine for our metal detector colleagues that costs far less than an 8 reales: Treasure Hunter
