Hello, I'm Kevin and new to this forum and I'm looking for sooner advice and direction for various coins I have and I'd like to start with this 1989 P Lincoln memorial. I think it's a rare die clash but need another pair of trained eyes on both sides of coin. Please and Ty!

to CCF Kevin!

Pictures would be very helpful in determining what is going on with your coin. I look forward to seeing what you have!

OK I think I was able to upload an obverse and a reverse. The Pennie weighs 2.48 grams. The edge has distinct collision variations of the zinc and Copper mix.... Bifocals lettering swirling in the mix on both sides!

Thanks for the pictures! I don't see any Die clashes on your coin, and if there was a die clash, the condition of the coin destroys any value at all. Unfortunately you just have a beat up coin. The discoloration is from environmental substances and a rough life in circulation. Keep looking!

To CCF! Just a heavily damaged coin with Post Strike Damage ( PSD). It didn't leave out of the U.S. Mint that way. It's only worth face value.
