So I have just recently started coin collecting it was silver that got me into the hobby but then I realized how fun it is. Now that I've been "finding stuff" I was wondering if you all can tell me what's up with this or if I'm just making stuff up

the one has no rim or a ghost of a rim, one has a weird outline around Roosevelt's head and the other the 6's dont match. thank you all in advance

to the CCF!

The 6 is flattened from circulation damage or coin wrapper machine damage. The rim is just a very slight mid-aligned die strike, and that doesn't have any premium. They are very common on dimes. The rim also shows signs of wear and circulation damage. This coin looks like it just went through some rough times. In my opinion, it's not a keeper. Happy hunting!

The 1985 dimes from both mints are looking like this. Probably the most asked question on a dime is about the 1985-P & D.

When so many looks like this, they are common and have no premium for these.
