1957 Penny Is That A Second I In Liberty?

Have any of you seen this error on A 1957 Penny? It looks like another I was punched and if you look at sideways picture there is another bar connecting the B and the E.

Looks like the "BIE" error/variety to me. I believe it's a well known error/variety.
