It reminds me of the 1956d UFO Wexler has listed. First thing I thought of anyways. There is something up with the 5. Looks like the "5" that's has been covered is more tilted the way it should look compared to the one you can see which looks a little tilted. Any ideas?

As mentioned it is just damaged. Note the affected areas, the metal is pushed away from the damage. A doubled die show enlargement of devices, this coin show reduction or pushed metal away from those areas.
