I dont do morgans but it looks better than a 64. the fields look smooth and so does the cheek. Pictures must be hiding something because there is no way ICG was that far off

lighting can affect what we are seeing here. I can see it maybe in a MS65 slab but not higher than that. I cant see where they can get a 67 out of this.

Obviously from the later generation slab where ICG stood for "I Can't Grade". I could see this graded MS65 tops.
