Celestron Pro. The interface software seems quirky but maybe I've not learned the tricks yet. For example, it won't let me take more than one photo without exiting and restarting the software.

I'd call it F12. Appears to be the RPD variety for that year.

I will say F-15 and it does look to be an RPD.

F15 or VF20? Hard call on this one, the shield is so nicely preserved, from a distance it looks almost AU! Nice RPD on the date.

My final opinion? F15 after a lot of looking at it, great coin.

I would say F 15 (I also wanted to say VF but the ribbon and no WE tells me F). It is hard for me tell but could it have been dipped? Its been a while since I have graded...

Then it is probably OK - for some reason, on my screen it is a little flat and washed out (either it is the screen or my tired eyes).
