Hi! New to hunting. Might as well get my "I found an incredibly rare coin" post out of the way. Pretty sure I'm full of it. There seems to be some Die Deterioration, maybe doubling. That's why I'm having trouble with the spacing. Would love to know what everyone thinks. Sorry about the poor quality!1992-D-Lincoln-Cent.-Close-AM?

It would be best for you to post the whole back of the coin so that we can see it better.

This is a Wide AM. The beam of light between the letters shows the gap. They have to touch, and you can also look at the designer initials will be farther away from the memorial building with a Close AM than the Wide

Please back up a bit and try to show the AMER along with a shot of the initial FG. that way you'll be able to get a more accurate opinion, this photo is not adequate to form any conclusion.

with Chase, but if I were to draw a conclusion by the pic alone, my vote is Wide AM.

Thanks a bunch for all the replies! Figured it wasn't. Thanks for the confirmation. I'm still pretty sure it has some deterioration. Though I'm a bit confused about the mark next to the 9 on the obverse. Thanks again!
